Lucaffé World

A different way to learn about, prepare, and enjoy coffee.

Behind every cup is a story: the origin of the beans, the expertise of those who select them, the tradition of Italian roasting, and the commitment to offering quality products while respecting the environment.

At Mundo Lucaffè, we invite you to get to know our coffee culture, discover how we craft our products, and learn how to prepare, store, and better enjoy each variety.

1. From origin to your cup

A journey that begins on land

The quality of a good coffee begins at its place of origin. Lucaffè carefully selects beans from renowned coffee-growing regions around the world, including Peruvian beans, prized for their aroma, balance, and sensory richness.

After selection, the beans are brought to Italy, where carefully balanced blends are created. Each combination seeks to offer a different experience: mild and aromatic coffees, varieties with more body, and intense alternatives for those who prefer bolder flavors.

From the plantation to the cup, every stage is important to preserve the coffee's quality and personality.

2. The art of Italian roasting

Tradition, knowledge and precision

Roasting is one of the most important moments in coffee production, because it allows for the development of the aromas, flavors, and natural characteristics of each bean.

Lucaffé coffees are carefully selected and roasted in Italy following Italian tradition. Its air-roasting system allows for heat to be distributed evenly and for the beans to be treated delicately, favoring a balanced and aromatic result.

This process helps highlight the characteristic notes of each blend and makes it possible to obtain a pleasant coffee with body, aroma, and an enveloping crema.

3. Biodegradable and compostable capsules

Zero plastic. Zero aluminum. More flavor, less waste.

Lucaffè capsules offer a practical and responsible way to enjoy authentic Italian coffee. They are made from plant-based materials and have been designed as a sustainable alternative to traditional capsules.
They are biodegradable and Home Compostable capsules, which means they can decompose under proper home composting conditions, helping to reduce waste generation.

What makes our capsules different?
• They contain no plastic.
• They contain no aluminum.
• They are made from plant-based materials.
• They are biodegradable and compostable.
• They can be disposed of with organic waste, in accordance with local regulations.

4. Commitment to the planet

Choosing a good coffee can also be a responsible decision.

Our commitment does not end with product quality. We seek to incorporate solutions that help reduce environmental impact and promote a more conscious form of consumption.

That is why we are committed to biodegradable capsules, recycled and recyclable materials, cardboard packaging, and alternatives that allow for the reduction of plastic and aluminum use.

Every decision counts: from the selection of materials to how our products are stored, prepared, and disposed of.

We want to offer premium coffee that combines flavor, innovation, and respect for the environment.

5. Coffee culture

A history full of aromas, tradition, and passion

Coffee is much more than a beverage: it is an experience that connects people, cultures, and generations. From its origins in Africa to the most iconic cafés in the world, coffee has won over millions of palates thanks to its aromas, flavors, and the magic of sharing a cup.

Curiosities you might not have known:
• Coffee was born from an African plant: although it is now grown in numerous tropical countries, Ethiopia holds a fundamental place in its history.
• Coffee houses were centers for the exchange of ideas: since the 17th century, these spaces brought together merchants, writers, intellectuals, and travelers.
• Every origin has its own personality: the variety of the bean, the climate, the altitude, the processing, and the roasting influence the aromas and flavors we find in every coffee.
• Coffee has its own sensory language: notes of chocolate, nuts, caramel, or fruit can appear naturally in its aromatic profile, without these ingredients necessarily being added.
• Lucaffè coffee is distinguished by its careful air-roasting process, a technique that helps develop the characteristic aromas and flavors of its beans, seeking a balanced cup with body and a persistent crema. A combination of experience and dedication to enjoy the quality of coffee in every preparation.

6. Lucaffé Tips

Small touches that make a big difference

To fully enjoy the aroma and flavor of coffee, it is important to store and prepare it correctly.
• Store your coffee well: keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the container tightly closed and away from products with strong odors, as coffee can easily absorb them.
• Use high-quality water: water makes up a significant part of the drink. Use fresh, clean water with low mineral content so as not to alter the coffee's flavor and to reduce limescale buildup in the machine.
• Keep your coffee maker clean: remove coffee residue, clean removable parts, and perform the recommended descaling. A clean coffee maker helps preserve flavor and extends the equipment's lifespan.
• Prepare only what you are going to consume: coffee expresses its aromas best immediately after preparation. Avoid leaving it exposed to air for long periods or reheating it.
• Mind the temperature: excessive heat can burn the coffee and produce bitter flavors. Follow the coffee maker's instructions and allow the equipment to reach the correct temperature before preparing the drink.
• Clean the steam wand: after frothing milk, immediately clean and purge the steam wand. This prevents residue buildup and ensures hygienic preparation.

7. Machines and preparation

The right machine for every moment

An excellent cup of coffee needs a machine that allows for proper extraction. That is why we work with Italian coffee machines designed for different spaces and needs: home, office, restaurants, hotels, and cafes.
