TERMS OF SALE

Orders placed at www.lucaffe.pe are subject to the following terms of sale:

ORDERS

You may place your orders exclusively through the website www.lucaffe.pe. 
All our products are subject to stock availability.

Verify the validity of offers and shipping for your district and/or city before completing the transaction.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a correct shipping address, including details such as neighborhood (urbanización), condominium, phase, floor, among others.
Make sure to provide all the information necessary for the delivery to be carried out correctly and without setbacks.

In the case of shipping to provinces, delivery times and other requirements are subject to the dispatch conditions of the company providing the shipping service.

DELIVERIES

Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after confirmation of the transaction by the customer.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of the date of receipt. The shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the buyer. To process the refund, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been used, opened, or that show damage to the outer packaging or the product itself. In these cases, DISTRIBUIDORA SOLO ITALIANO EIRL will promptly and clearly inform you about the condition of the product and provide the necessary information.

Once the return is approved, DISTRIBUIDORA SOLO ITALIANO EIRL will proceed with the refund within a period of no more than 10 days. The status of the return request will be communicated to the buyer via the registered email or by another previously agreed-upon method.
